Our latest field installation is now live and providing real value. We have employed a certified PDX “ACS” interface, and the results have been indicative of the speed, reliability, and flexibility of the RxSafe System in a retail pharmacy filling up to 500 scripts/day.

The latest installed RxSafe System
Over the past three years, the RxSafe System has evolved from an intriguing concept to a robust, comprehensive, and fully-developed robotic pharmacy workflow automation system. The seamless integration of the RxSafe System at our most recent customer site demonstrates the truly revolutionary nature of RxSafe technology.
Within just a few hours of arrival on site, the RxSafe installation team had a complete three-tower RxSafe System set up and powered on with minimal after-hours disruption at the pharmacy.
Furthermore, since the RxSafe System is designed to be extremely customizable, the RxSafe integration team can respond immediately to requests from customers to add or remove features and optimize pharmacy workflow.
This consultative customer service approach offers the greatest flexibility for RxSafe customers, and allows the RxSafe System to be customized to fit any retail pharmacy environment.
During continuous operation at our latest installation site, the RxSafe System has demonstrated:
- “Drop-in” installation capability
- Zero mechanical problems
- Zero fill errors
- Consistent 5 second per container new inventory put-away
- Accurate inventory tracking down to the pill with automatic reorder recommendations
- Real-time, continuous inventory reporting
- Tracking of each individual operator’s interactions with the system
