A primary reason that we selected the strip packager was that our customers appreciate that the pouches are easy to open – this is a very important feature for an aging patient population.

“So we already had a pretty large delivery radius before COVID, and mostly those patients were large volume sync patients or those that were in compliance packaging. We do have a RapidPakRx and I have had really good success with it.”

We chose the RapidPak over the competition due to the built-in visual inspection, the non-NDC specific cartridges, and the all-in-one visual inspection. The most important factor was the built-in visual inspection. We looked at other products, and those products were a separate component. With the RapidPak, we’re able to get a small system to fit in our retail space that had it all built in to one unit.

“I have a RapidPakRx in my location in Palm Springs, and it does help manage all the sync patients very well.”

“RapidPakRx has changed the way we do pharmacy. Our staff can seamlessly setup sync patients thanks to the easy integration of PioneerRx’s eMAR and our RapidPackRx. We’ve seen our sync program triple in size since installing the RapidPakRx in December 2018. Our CVS Caremark performance scores are through the roof! This machine will pay for itself in two years just from saved DIR fees.”

One of the things we liked about the RapidPakRx was that the cartridges are universal for all tablets. Previously, we had to worry about getting new canisters or changing out parts for it to make it work, but with the RapidPakRx, you just have a couple sizes of canisters and it works for any tablet that you have.
