RxSafe Phase I Beta Testing Complete: Results Exceed Expectations!

Earlier this year RxSafe partnered with a prominent regional grocery/pharmacy chain to conduct Phase I beta testing on the RxSafe system. The testing was rigorous and thorough and conducted in a real-world setting.

The results of the beta testing exceeded expectations in every way. Testing affirmed system reliability and specifications regarding performance. Results clearly established the value and integrity of the RxSafe system, performing with no breakdowns, no mishandled product, no errors and accurate inventory control.

RxSafe delivers:

– Secure storage for all stock bottles
– Accurate prescription filling
– Less fill labor (30 second cycle per script)
– Accurate on hand inventory
– Increased inventory turns with less on hand
– Elimination of theft and diversion
– Automation of the “put-away” process (3 second cycle)
– Returned floor space to retail (uses only 40 sq ft)
– Payback in less than one year
– “JIT” filling (facilitates elimination of “will call”)
– No “will call” means no returns

Set up a meeting with us at NACDS to find out more about how the RxSafe system accurately fills and tracks prescriptions, manages inventory and eliminates theft, diversion and returns.

The RxSafe Team

The RxSafe system is brought to you by the same team that created the initial Automated Product Machine (APM), which enables prescription pick up via self service kiosks.

RxSafe was founded by William Holmes, who has devoted much of his professional career to the development and sales of automated storage and dispensing equipment. Most recently he founded and was President and CEO of Distributed Delivery Networks Corporation (ddn), which was sold to Parata in April 2007.

His prior executive and management responsibilities were as the Founder and CEO of SupplyPro and on management teams of Pyxis and Omnicell. He holds BSME and EMBA degrees and has been granted over 40 U.S. and foreign patents.
